I purchased this neck warmer a few years ago at Keibunsha in Kyoto. It's made by the handmade knit artist swish!. It can be worn as a balaclava as well.
It didn't come with a paper tag when I bought it.
It has been stored since I purchased it.
It seems that it is also available at shops like Fuuko in Tokyo.
I have checked the item, and it is in very good condition.
