MADE IN Mutsu... MADE IN Kesennuma...
The original STUDIO ZERO DENIM from Oikawa Denim Co., Ltd., known to those in the know.
In the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, they lost their warehouse and about 5,000 pairs of jeans to the tsunami, but the denim found later from the sludge had not a single thread frayed, earning it the nickname "Miracle Denim."
The sewing techniques created by a total of 23 denim craftsmen are highly regarded both domestically and internationally, and it is an exquisite denim backed by the確かな技 (certain skill) that the craftsmen finish each piece with care.
