Pro Tapes Pro 156 5 mil adhesive transfer tape. The standard core is a 3-inches I. D. plastic core. Pro 156 can be used as a laminating adhesive for foam, fabrics, metal or plastic nameplates, and is an excellent product for splicing of films, fabrics and foils. It is also suited for joining materials with irregular or textured surfaces. Pro 156 offers extremely high adhesion and good sheer strength. The 5 mils of acrylic adhesive have excellent gap filling properties and exhibits good adhesion to polyester and polyether foams. Features includes quick stick, bond builds over time, good adhesion, low temperature application, short term, high temperature resistance, permanent bond, good chemical resistance, good solvent resistance. Applications includes mounting, bonding, photo edging and cropping, tabbing, splicing, temporary holding, laminating, framing. Liner: 60# moisture stable kraft liner. Adhesive: acrylic. Tape thickness without liner: 5 mils. Application temperature: 50 degrees F or above. Tack: <3 inches (rolling ball). Peel adhesion: 80 ounces per 1 inch (immediate), 130 ounces per 1 inch (24 hour). PH level: 5. 3. Clear color. Adhesion to steel: 100 ounces per inch. Low temperature application: 10 degrees F. Heat resistance: 250 degrees F. Measures 60 yards length by 2-inches width.
