These stainless steel dissection pins are well-suited for a variety of applications. The 0.1 mm diameter headless pins are very thin and light. They work best for holding delicate tissues lightly in place. The 0.2 mm diameter headless pins are more robust than 0.1 mm pins, but are still relatively thin and light. They work very well for holding tissues and other specimens firmly in place. The #3 sized pins have a small head. They are very useful for pinning large, thick specimens. The pins come in small plastic tubes containing approximately 100 pins (of each 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm pins), and 10 #3 pins.
