This is a monogram shell jacket from MERTRA.
It features a "water-reactive" design where the monogram pattern appears when exposed to water, making it a unique item that changes when wet. I've worn it once outside, but there are no stains or damage. It's made of sturdy nylon fabric.
This is a guaranteed authentic item. I'm including the tags and keychain (pictured in the 8th image) as proof, although I'm not sure if they'll be sufficient.
