This set was conceived for one grade of tension and consists of gut-coloured Super Nylgutfortrebles, while for thebasses(high-quality silvered copper wires wound on Nylgut multifilament core) Aquila employed a differentbalance between wire and core in order to obtain warm and deep performances.SUPERNYLGUT is theupgraded version of Aquila's famous Nylgut strings. The strings have avery smooth and polished surface feels like wax. So pleasant for your fingers! They are alsoless stretchy than any previous Nylgut version, this resulting in a faster setting to proper tune when new and in a tendency of easily maintaining the intonation when reached. On top of this, Supernylgut is stronger anddoes not suffer from sharp edgesof the nuts, marks from frets or hard nail playing.
