This is a Big E model from the late 60s to 1971.
The red tab is missing, but it's a Big E model because both selvedge edges have single stitching.
The waist and inseam to hem have been resized on the inside of the pants (see photo 11).
The hem is not original and has been hemmed.
The paper patch indicates W34 L3?, but it's smaller due to the resizing.
